Who We Are

Welcome to the Pikes Peak Branch of the National League of American Pen Women Inc.. The National League of American Pen Women Inc. was founded in 1897 to promote the development of creative women in the arts. The League promotes and conducts literary, educational, and charitable activities in three fields: Letters, Art, and Music.

The Pikes Peak Branch was officially chartered in 1955. We are a professional group of creative women writers, visual artists, and composers who encourage one another to discover the words, the notes, and the brushstrokes that express who we truly are. We gather to celebrate our gifts and talents while challenging ourselves, others, and the community toward excellence.
